Urban Watershed Planning Intern
Lotus Water is looking for a current grad student or recent graduate in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or a design-minded civil engineer. The ideal candidate has a water resources background or a strong interest in water-sensitive design, watershed planning, and/or green infrastructure. The successful candidate will be assisting Lotus project managers in delivering city-wide green infrastructure plans, preparing graphics to support private and public design projects, performing spatial analysis in GIS to support water master planning efforts, and communicating technical concepts using graphics. The candidate will be eligible for a full-time or part-time position either upon graduation or at the end of the internship depending on scholastic status and performance.
Basic GIS, ability to generate graphics
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator/InDesign)
Basic understanding of hydrology
Technical writing experience
